I believe that cooking is vital life skill that should be part of a childs education and play.
My workshops are a hands on, fun way to learn new skills, taste different and exciting ingredients, learn about the seasons and the provenance of food. They run in the school holidays and half terms and include lunch and snacks. Special dietary requirements are now a normal part of life, and as such all the workshops can be personalised to each participant. I never use nuts or nut based products.
Adult workshops are run on a bespoke basis with dates and content to suit each groups requirements, be it birthday, hen party, corporate team building or just because learning to decorate cakes & sipping Prosecco is a great way to spend a few hours catching up.
